Our course is the only program in Italy dedicated exclusively to luxury private service, and it is offered just once a year. Over four intensive weeks in Rome, students develop technical skills and soft skills aligned with real-world, royal, and presidential service standards.
Designed and led by José Roblès, the program is ideal for those seeking a true career leap—opening the door to prestigious, international, well-paid roles in the private service sector.
The course is based on an Active Learning method: each module blends theory with hands-on practice through realistic simulations, immersive role-plays, and technical workshops.
Our goal is to train professionals who are ready to operate in elite environments from their very first day on the job.

A comprehensive introduction to the distinctive features of Butler Service, with particular focus on excellence standards and the philosophy that make it a benchmark in ultra-luxury hospitality.
The Butler Mindset: Training and Practice
Developing a mindset oriented toward excellence, precision, and discretion forms the foundation of the profession. Through practical exercises and simulations, participants are guided in acquiring the mental attitude typical of an international-class Butler.
Perfect Grooming and Professional Presentation
Personal image is the first tool of communication. This module covers professional standards in terms of attire, self-care, and posture, essential for conveying authority and credibility.
Body Posture & Body Language
Posture and body language as vehicles of professionalism and refinement. Techniques will be provided to communicate effectively and respectfully, even without words, in line with the highest standards of representation.
The Butler’s Language
The art of communicating with precision, elegance, and discretion. Participants will learn the use of linguistic formulas and expressions appropriate to the ultra-luxury context, through practical examples and simulations.
The Ten Qualities of a World-Class Butler
A training path dedicated to discovering and developing key competencies: discretion, attention to detail, organization, empathy, diplomacy, and silent management skills—all essential to standing out in the profession.
Personal Assistant: Tools and Techniques
A complete module presenting the methodologies and skills necessary for providing personal assistant services: diary management, meeting management, logistics, travel planning, and entertainment booking.
Luxury Travel Management
Designing and organizing exclusive, high-emotion travel experiences. Skills needed to create tailored itineraries and bespoke services that exceed the expectations of a refined clientele will be covered.
Luxury Chauffeuring
Technical and practical training on executive driving, with exercises focused on managing transportation in luxury settings. Special attention is given to welcoming, safety, and professional conduct of the driver.
Bodyguarding and Security Management
Fundamental principles and techniques for employer protection and residence security management. The module covers preventive protocols, protection strategies, and collaboration with qualified security personnel.

Managing a private residence requires cross-disciplinary skills, organizational rigor, and a comprehensive understanding of the needs of the employer and their family. House Management means ensuring order, efficiency, and harmony in every aspect of domestic life: from direct interaction with the employer to staff management, from care of valuable possessions to oversight of daily operations, and up to budgeting and relocation planning. This section of the program provides participants with the methodologies, tools, and best practices to manage a prestigious residence with precision, discretion, and international standards of excellence.
